Life Groups are small to medium-sized groups that come together for the purposes of discipleship, belonging, and care. The difference between Life Groups and Small Groups is that Life Groups are formed around a specific topic, life phase, or gender rather than a mixed group of people. For example, if you wanted a group that focuses on the topic of finances, you would want to go to Financial Peace University when it is offered because everybody is there to learn about how God wants us to handle our finances. Likewise, if you want a group with all women in it, you would go to a group hosted by the Women of South Ridge. |
